Building the future of web feedback
We're on a mission to make website feedback as simple as pointing and clicking.
Feedback shouldn't be hard
Every web team struggles with the same problem: collecting clear, actionable feedback from clients and stakeholders. Screenshots get lost in email threads, bug descriptions lack context, and nobody can agree on what "the button on the left" means.
WebPinch was built to solve this. We believe feedback should be visual, contextual, and effortless. Just click on the problem, describe it, and move on. Your team gets everything they need to fix it — screenshot, browser info, screen size — automatically.
Simplicity First
We believe the best tools get out of your way. No setup complexity, no learning curve.
Developer Empathy
Built by developers, for developers. We capture the technical context you actually need.
Transparency
Clear pricing, honest communication, and open roadmap. No surprises.
Ship Fast
We practice what we preach — rapid iteration, tight feedback loops, and continuous improvement.
Born from frustration
WebPinch started when our founder got tired of decoding vague client feedback emails. "The thing on the page looks weird" doesn't help anyone fix a CSS bug. There had to be a better way.
We set out to build the simplest possible tool for visual website feedback. No complicated setups, no code snippets to install, no training needed for clients. Just a Chrome extension that turns any website into a feedback canvas.
Today, WebPinch is used by hundreds of web teams — developers, designers, agencies, and project managers — to cut through the noise and ship better websites, faster.
