1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using WebPinch — including our website, web application, Chrome extension, REST API, and MCP server — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you use WebPinch on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Description of Service
WebPinch is a visual website feedback, bug-tracking, and site-auditing platform. It provides a Chrome extension and in-app visual review for pinning feedback on web pages, automatic screenshot and metadata capture, a Kanban board, team and organization collaboration, automated site audits, AI-assisted features, and access through a REST API and MCP server. The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, and we may modify, add, or discontinue features at any time.
3. Eligibility & User Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old to use WebPinch. To access certain features you must create an account and provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and access tokens and for all activity under your account, and you must notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
4. Plans, Billing & Renewal
WebPinch offers free and paid plans, priced per seat where applicable. In India, payments are processed by Razorpay for a fixed monthly or yearly period and do not renew automatically — access ends when the paid period expires unless you purchase again. Internationally, payments are processed by Stripe as an auto-renewing subscription that renews each billing cycle until you cancel. You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Paid amounts are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated. Prices and applicable taxes may change, with at least 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.
5. Free Plan & Beta Features
Free plans and any features labeled beta, preview, or experimental are provided "as is," may carry usage limits, and may be changed, limited, or withdrawn at any time without liability.
6. Authorized Use of the Extension, Screenshots & Proxy
WebPinch lets you capture screenshots of, pin feedback on, and load through our proxy any live, staging, or local website. You represent and warrant that you are authorized to access, capture, review, and store the content of every site you use WebPinch on, and to provide and use any login credentials or session cookies you supply for proxy-based review. You are solely responsible for your use of these features and for complying with the terms, security, and privacy rights that apply to those sites and their users.
7. User Content & License
You retain ownership of the content you create through WebPinch, including feedback pins, comments, screenshots, and recordings. You grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, process, and display that content solely to operate and provide the service to you and your team. You are solely responsible for the content you create, upload, and share.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use WebPinch to: violate any law or regulation; infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights; upload or transmit malicious code; gain unauthorized access to any system, account, or website; harass or harm others; scrape or overload the service; resell or provide the service to third parties without authorization; or interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service.
9. AI-Assisted Features
WebPinch offers optional AI-assisted features, such as chat, summaries, and task generation. AI output may be inaccurate or incomplete and is provided for convenience only; you should review it before relying on it, and it does not constitute professional advice. You are responsible for how you use any AI-generated output.
10. API, MCP & Access Tokens
Access to the WebPinch API and MCP server is subject to these terms and any documented scopes, quotas, and rate limits. You must keep access tokens confidential, use them only within the scopes granted, and not use automated access to abuse, overload, or circumvent the service. We may suspend or revoke access that violates these terms.
11. Intellectual Property
WebPinch and its original content, features, branding, and functionality are owned by WebPinch and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws. Except for the rights expressly granted to you, we reserve all rights, and you may not use our trademarks or trade dress without our prior written consent.
12. Third-Party Services & Integrations
WebPinch may integrate with or link to third-party services, such as Google, GitHub, Slack, Jira, and payment providers. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those services, and your use of them is governed by their own terms and conditions.
13. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WebPinch is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WebPinch and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the service. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or USD 100 if you have paid nothing.
15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WebPinch and its team from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your content, your use of the service, your use of the extension, screenshot, or proxy features, or your violation of these terms or of any law or third-party right.
16. Data Protection
Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. Where we process personal data on your behalf as a processor, that processing is governed by our Data Processing Agreement, which is available to business customers on request.
17. Termination
You may stop using WebPinch and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these terms or created risk or legal exposure for us or others. Upon termination your right to use the service ends; you may request an export of your data before deletion, and we may delete your content in accordance with our Privacy Policy and retention practices.
18. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Subject to any mandatory consumer protections in your jurisdiction, you agree that the courts located in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these terms or the service.
19. Changes to These Terms
We may modify these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the service. Your continued use of WebPinch after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
20. Miscellaneous
If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect. Our failure to enforce a right is not a waiver of that right. You may not assign these terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. Neither party is liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond its reasonable control. These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and WebPinch regarding the service.
