Account & Data Deletion

This page explains how to delete your WebPinch account and the data associated with it. It applies to the WebPinch web app and to the WebPinch mobile app for Android and iOS (package / bundle identifier com.webpinch.mobile). You do not need an account, and you do not need to sign in, to read this page or to make a deletion request.
How to request deletion
In the WebPinch mobile app
- Open the WebPinch app and sign in.
- Go to the Profile tab.
- Tap "Delete account".
- Type DELETE to confirm, then tap "Delete account".
Your account and data are permanently deleted within 14 days. You can cancel the request from the same screen at any time before then.
On the web
- Sign in at app.webpinch.com.
- Go to Settings → Profile.
- Open the "Delete account" card and confirm.
Same outcome and the same window as the in-app route — it is one account and one backend.
Without signing in
- Email info@webpinch.com from the address on your WebPinch account.
- Use the subject line "Account deletion request".
- Include the email address of the account you want deleted.
We verify that the request comes from the account holder, confirm by email once the request is open, and complete the deletion within 14 days. Use this route if you no longer have access to the app — for example if you have already uninstalled it.
What gets deleted
Everything below is permanently deleted — not deactivated — within 14 days of your request.
- Your profile — name, email address, username, profile photo, and password
- Your personal projects, tasks, subtasks, checklists, time entries, and feedback pins
- Attachments, screenshots, and screen recordings you uploaded
- Push notification tokens for every device you signed in on
- Connected-integration tokens for Google, GitHub, Slack, and Jira
- Your notification history, saved preferences, and API tokens
What we keep, and why
A small amount of data outlives the deletion, either because the law requires it or because it no longer identifies you.

Good to know
- Uninstalling the app does not delete your account — use one of the routes above.
- If you are the last owner of an organization, deleting your account deletes that organization and its projects. Transfer ownership first if your team should keep them.
- An active paid subscription is cancelled as part of the deletion. Cancel before deleting if you want a final invoice for your records.
- Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone once the 14-day window has passed.
