Does it work with Elementor, Divi or Gutenberg?

Yes. WebPinch pins to the rendered DOM, so whichever builder produced the page makes no difference.

Can I use it on a LocalWP or staging build?

Yes — the extension works on localhost, staging subdomains and password-protected URLs, as well as live sites.
